High School...

So I am in my 5th week of high school and its not going very well. There's already alot of drama and alot of other crap. My problems with girls aren't getting any better either. Somer of my so called "friends" at school don't even care about me. Now the only reason that I'm complaining and cavetching at you guys is because you guys are my true friends. I really appriciate the fact that when I come to church I have a group of people that like me for who I am and not what I do for them. So I have one request of you guys is that you pray for me as I continue to pray for you.

Radically Moved

Well with camp and the mission trip coming and then fine arts, man I have a feeling that God is going to do something great in my life over the next coming weeks. I have a feeling that God is going to do something massive in my life. I am going into camp knowing that God WILL use me. He's not just thinking about it he's going to do it I know that he is. I have one word that will sum up everything that is going to happen in these next coming weeks. STOKED. That's what feeling of emotion I am going to have.

Awesome Movie

I saw transformers 2 last night. It was one of the greatest movies i have ever seen. It was sooooooooo amazing. I would gladly see it again. If i had 5 thumbs I would give it 5 thumbs up. Al in all it was an excellent mocie and I highly recommend it.

God Help Me Overcome

Usually I try to not be so personal in my blog but I have an issue that I just have to get off my chest. Well as most of you know I have been dating this great girl. She was seriously the perfect girl for me. She was the most beautiful, smart, talented,pretty etc. etc. girl ever. Well yesterday she started acting weird around me. I was like okay. So I was being myself around her yesterday as usual. Wait let me back up a minute, she invited me to a pool party next weekend ( May 23) and so I said " I'll be there." So we had a track party after school yesterday and she was on the track team and so was I so we both went. Well to make a long story short at about 4:13 (roughly) I get a phone call. Turns out she broke up with me. Yes I did cry. Now as you're reading this you might be thinking well why is Aaron the Beast telling me this. And that's a very good question. Well I ( Aaron the Beast) am telling you this to apologize. Yes I did have very very strong feelings of affection for this girl, but she may have been hindering me from my full potential of being an oober Christian instead of an average everyday Christian. I have to apologize to any one last night that I might have been harsh to I pray that you forgive me. For everything I may have done to upset anyone.

Finger-Cutting Work

Well yesterday me and about 8 other people did yard work at the Persons house. Well to make a long story short we had to do a lot of work such as: weeding, mowing, trimming, washing, and hedging. We did a lot of work in the morning and even a lot of work in the afternoon. Well I was weeding and got called to go and hedge. So naturally i went and did what i was told. So I went over and started hedging and to make a long story short I got my finger caught and blood was gushing everywhere and so I went into shock for about 2 minutes and was about to pass out. I might have to get stitches hopefully not, but I have a story for my kids some day.

Fun, Sweating, Drama, and Teens

Well last night our youth group went to the city museum. It was a lot of fun. All of us lost about 10 lbs of weight because we were climbing and just being teens. But their is also a bad side to this. usually on trips like this we have a lot of drama. I am very glad to say that this was not the case. Although there was some small minute problems we mostly had a good time. I was glad that i could help an individual with some dram that she was going through. There was also another bad side to the city museum, it smelled. It was a rainbow of smells, a cornucopia of smells, whatever you want to say that smells was it. I had a great time and hope to go back soon.

Life Turned Around

I was at the YMCA today and ran into an old friend. I will give his first name but not his last. His name is Caleb. Some of you may know him but maybe not. Well as the story goes he decided to punch a teacher. So he is expelled from public school for the next 2 years. Well like I said I saw him today and he actually greeted me and so we got to talking and he says " you know Aaron I got saved." I was like WHOA. I knew he had been going to church for his entire life but it actually clicked for him. He was also wearing a bracelet that said Jesus on it now I know that that is not a joke. Anyway I was excited. I was excited that God showed himself to me in this awesome.

Sadness

I find it very sad that no one cares enough to reach out to the hurting. Tonight at life groups we had a girl there that is not usually there. I am very ashamed to say that I did not reach out and at least say hello to her. I can relate to how she must have felt, being in a group of people and still feeling very alone. I would like to apologize to her all of my people out there should be ashamed. I'm not saying that i'm right BC I'm not but we should all be ashamed BC God says to help the suffering what if she has no friends. We need to step out and try to get to know her what if shes a great girl.

Facebook... the Ups and Downs

Is Facebook a positive or negative thing? I would like some feedback. BC i am thinking of getting one. I would like to find out from my friends what are the benefits and what is the downside. I would appreciate waht you guys have to say and I would like feedback on everything in my blog. If you agree or disagree with anything that I have to say I want to know. Woah its been almost a week since I have out my last post. It seems like forever since I have"Blogged." God is doing some amazing things in the youth group and in my life. I ask and sometimes He gives. I can only thank Him for what he does and doesn't do because its all a part of his master plan. Anyways I'll blog later after lifegroups.

Witnessing

I was recently asked to blog about witnessing. How do I personally witness i was asked. Well there isn't really a secret or something. You just have to know that you might and probably will be made fun of. But you also have to know that you will get your reward in Heaven. God will reward you for sharing his name with others. You just have to know that. Now I'm not saing that I'm a pastor or anything like that but that is what I do because of what I have personally been taught. So always witness no matter what because if you do then God will see you through. I'm a poet and I didn't know it. :)

God Cares

Man I cant believe how many lost souls there are at school. There are so many that its not even funny. I keep trying and trying but it seems like that no one really cares. and the even worse thing about it is that I am staring to fall into it. I am trying to keep up the fight but it is so easy to fall into it I mean there are so many fun things and sometimes I think that Christianity is holding me back from it. But it is so amazing how God works, because he will remind me in some way shape or form that he is still up on his throne and cares about me. So never throw in the towel because God really does care about who you are or what situation your in. :)

Random Thoughts About Standing Up for Whats Right

Have you ever noticed that its not always easy to do the right thing? Well I don't know if you have but I have. Its not always easy to do whats right. Now I'm a guy so I love to do stupid things and get in trouble. But sometimes I can take it too far. Let me give you an example. One time me and my friend Austin went ding-dong ditching and we were having a lot of fun. we must have hit at least 8 houses that night. then we went to this guys house that we know is really mean and kinda creepy while I'm at it. but we did his house and didn't get caught. so we were gonna move on to bigger and better things. Now I had to think what was going to be next we could go to jail for doing some things. So I told him that we had to step down and stop. He said no, so he went home. Now you will get persecuted for many things. Now it probably wont be like my silly or goofy story but it will be bad. The best thing that you can do in a situation like this is pray because if you stand up for Christ then you will get your reward in Heaven so you've just gotta hold on.

Ahh Hockey

Hockey. Gods greatest game. i love hockey soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much. Now as much as I love hockey and as much as I love God you think that they would go great together. Well that s not always the case. Sometimes I can get too much into the game and forget why I'm really there. Sometimes i can lose my temper and say things that will satisfy me one minute and then the next I will be asking forgiveness on the bench for the sin that i have committed. So what i need to keep in mind and everyone that is reading this that plays sports or even if you dont then you should still keep this in mind that you always need to please Christ and need to act as if he was aitting rigght there. That is what i try to do everytime i get on the ice.
